Delivery Options

All of our candles are sent Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class. You will have the option to select your preferred option at checkout. We currently ship to the UK and Ireland as standard.

Royal Mail 2nd Class is charged at £3.95 per order.

Royal Mail 1st Class is charged at £4.95 per order.

Special Requests

If you have a specific postage request that sits outside of our standard options e.g. for urgency or location reasons, please contact us at hello@shrubby.uk or by using the contact form in our links at the bottom of the page. We will do our best to see if we can accommodate your request where possible.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at hello@shrubby.uk or by using the contact form in our links at the bottom of the page. We will do our best to accommodate your request but if the order has already been shipped, unfortunately a cancellation will not be possible.
